If UBB always looks to the future, it’s thanks to its history and the people who make it possible.

The values that shape our history

In 1969 we sold fasteners, but curiosity pushed us further. We wanted to know the products we sold, understand every detail, improve them. In 2000 we started producing them. Today we design, test, and customize them.

Taking on new challenges made us grow: investing in machines, training people, pushing quality higher. Did we want more control? We built a technical lab. Needed more speed? We opened a coating plant. And for heat treatments, we contributed to the creation of Efesto.

But it’s not just about technology

UBB is a company that grows from generation to generation. That’s why we believe working well means working well together. In 2009 we built a larger, more welcoming headquarters designed to facilitate collaboration between departments and make daily work easier.

The headquarters reflects who we are: a functional space with attention to aesthetics and people’s well-being. In the same place, we combined offices, production, warehouse, and spaces to welcome customers and suppliers. The headquarters is a gathering place for everyone: it’s where we find space for ping-pong tournaments and garden barbecues.

The best lesson we’ve learned

After 50 years, we’ve learned that courage and curiosity go hand in hand, and that you also need a touch of fixation—in the truest sense of the word.

We know how to do what we do because we’ve learned it, piece by piece. If there’s a better way to do things, we’ll find it. If there isn’t, we’ll invent it.
