In order to improve and standardize the General Conditions of Sale and the prompt delivery service, we submit the following technical and / or administrative details:

TRANSPORT CONDITIONS

The goods travel, always, at the risk of the recipient.
UBB assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery, damage, theft of loss of goods caused by the carrier.
It is recommended to check the goods at the time of delivery and to sign “with reservation” in case of discrepancy.
UBB is available to help the customer monitor the shipment during his trip.

DELIVERY TIME

For orders forwarded before 11.00, the shipment will take place with material ready in stock, by courier agreement with us, in the afternoon of the same day.
We request 48 hours’ notice for the material to be assembled.
In the case instead of screws with a lacquered head, the preparation times are: 4 days from the order date for the following RAL: 9002/3009/8019/8004/9006/6021.
For colour not listed the preparation time is 30 working days from the date of the order with a charge of 150 for non-standard RAL.

In case of exceptional urgencies, we will do everything possible to meet your needs.

PACKAGES

For the packaging of products, please follow the quantities indicated in our catalogue.

RETURNS

Any recalls for supply errors must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery.
We don’t accept returns if not authorized by our office.
We reserve the right to charge 25% of the value returned as a reconditioning of the material.

Minimum

For amounts below €500 we will charge an additional cost of €10 as administrative management fee.
